Ceviche de corvina y "la mejor guacamole de Madrid"
For dinner with my friends in Madrid.
The heat inspired me to create refreshing dishes inspired from Latin America.
Verdict: slightly too much lime.
But you can't see that in the picture.
And -- it's ceviche! Juice of 8 limes in there...
